App versus browser experience
Our Android app delivers push notifications for live-game starts, sportsbook odds updates, and withdrawal confirmations — features not available in the browser. The app also maintains offline caching for account history, recent transactions, and table menus, so you can review data during connection interruptions. Installation is direct; no app store review delays mean you receive updates faster. The browser path (iOS, web-app) is equally functional for betting and account management, though notifications require browser permission and are subject to your device settings. Both paths use the same payment rails — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet — so deposit and withdrawal flows are identical.
Device and network requirements
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. iOS users access via Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on iOS 12 and above. The app requires 50 MB free storage and works on 3G, 4G, and WiFi networks. On weak connections (latency above 300ms), the app loads tables progressively and queues your actions; you'll see a connection indicator at the top of the screen. Our servers prioritize live-table streams, so sportsbook odds may refresh slightly slower than video feed during peak traffic.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If installation stalls, clear your device's cache (Settings > Apps > olxtotoo > Storage > Clear Cache) and retry. Some devices flag the APK as unrecognized because it bypasses the Google Play store; this is normal and does not indicate a security risk. If your device refuses to open the APK file, check that "Install unknown apps" permission is granted to your file manager app, not just the system. On rare occasions, an outdated system certificate store may reject our install signature; updating your device's OS resolves this. If you encounter persistent errors, contact our support team via email or in-app messaging.
Data, permissions, and account security
The olxtotoo app requests permission to store files (for offline caching), send notifications, and access your location — the last is used only to confirm you're in a supported jurisdiction and is never logged or shared. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. Your password is hashed server-side; we never retain it in plaintext. KYC documents (identity card, proof of address) are stored in encrypted vaults and accessed only during verification. Two-factor authentication via email is available in account settings and we recommend enabling it. If your password is compromised, you can reset it using the "Forgot password?" link; a reset email will be sent to your registered address, and your session will be terminated for security.
